Your JetBlue W-2s are available online by our
business partner ADP, please refer to the instructions for Returning Users or New Users below to
access your W-2 online. W-2's will be posted online no later than January 31st, and a paper copy
of your W-2 will also be mailed out to your permanent address on file no later than January
31st.

If you have received a W-2 from JetBlue in prior
years please click on the following link, and follow the directions below.
Enter your user name in
the following format: JDoe@JetBlue
Enter your password and
click Login
If you forgot your User
ID or Password, click on the Forgot your ID/Password? link

your JetBlue email address or your mobile phone

USERS
If you have never registered before, please
follow the below instructions:
- Go to https://my.adp.com
- Click on
Register Now
- Enter the
registration code: Jetblue-W2 and click "yes."
- Identify
yourself:

Enter your First name & Last name

Control number - Employee ID: Enter your
Crewmember ID in the following format: "12345" or "1234" ignoring any "0s" at the
beginning of your ID

Click Next to follow any remaining steps to
complete the registration

For returning users, you can receive an
email when new W-2 statements are available. Once logged in to the ADP W-2 website, just
follow the instructions below:
- Click the
downward arrow next to your name.
Click
"settings"
In the Email
notification box, click "Notify by." It will turn green and save automatically. You
should be all set!
You can also
access the last 3 years of W-2s online. If you are in need of copy of an older W-2 that
is not available online, please submit a ServiceNow request via the Payroll ServiceNow portal. Here is the link https://servicedesk.jetblue.com/payroll
EQUITY
YEAR-END STATEMENTS (1099-B)
- UBS (Prior to
July 2016): If you had taxable activity in your UBS brokerage account prior to our
switch to Fidelity in July 2016, UBS will mail 1099 tax forms to your permanent address.
They are also available via the UBS Onesource wesbite.
- Fidelity (After
July 2016): If you had taxable activity in your Fidelity brokerage account after our
switch from UBS, Fidelity will mail 1099 tax forms to your permanent address. They are
also available via the Fidelity website.
- Additionally both
UBS and Fidelity sites offer Year End tax guides to assist in filing stock related
transactions on your annual tax return.
- Form 1099-B
should be available by February 15th. However, may be available sooner
online.
